What Has Your Ears?

It has been stated "We must be careful how we listen. The average American is exposed to more than 5, 000 marketing messages a day. Most of them are involuntary. It has also been estimated that the average American voluntarily consumes nine to eleven hours of media a day. That is a tremendous amount of information whether voluntarily or involuntarily a day.

These media messages tens to shape our thoughts, feelings and decisions eventually. We as believers believe the Bible and believe that transformation comes from the study of God's Word as God's Spirit conforms us to the image of Jesus Christ (Hebrews 4:12) .

It is most important that we take the time to consider how and what we hear! In most instances far too many Christians allow God's Word to pass through their eyes without changing their heads, convicting their hearts, or conforming their hands.
